General terms

These terms govern the provision, by the Laamrani Law Firm ("the Firm"), of a legal consultation conducted remotely or in person, ordered and paid for through the website www.laamrani-law.com.
The consultation consists of a discussion with one of the Firm's lawyers, of a duration suited to the question raised, comprising an analysis of the situation presented by the client and an outline of the possible courses of action. It takes place, at the client's choice, by video conference, by telephone or in person at one of the Firm's offices (Casablanca, Paris, Montreal). It includes neither the drafting of documents, nor the carrying out of formalities, nor the representation of the client, which are covered, where applicable, by a separate fee agreement freely entered into.
The price of the consultation is 500 dirhams (MAD) inclusive of all taxes for clients paying from Morocco, and €100 for clients paying from abroad. From Morocco, payment is made by bank transfer or, if the consultation takes place in person, directly at the firm. From abroad, payment is made online by bank card on the secure payment page of the Paris office's payment provider, or by bank transfer upon request. No card data is collected or stored by the Firm.
Upon receipt of payment, the Firm's secretariat contacts the client within 48 business hours to agree on the date, time and channel of the consultation. The appointment may be rescheduled free of charge if the client so requests at least 24 hours in advance.
Where the client is a consumer residing in the European Union, they have a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the date of payment. By expressly requesting, when placing the order, that the consultation be performed before the expiry of that period, the client acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal once the consultation has been fully performed; if the consultation has not yet taken place, they may withdraw and obtain a full refund.
All information communicated to the Firm, from the very first message, is covered by the lawyer's professional secrecy, in accordance with the rules of the Bars of Casablanca, Paris and Quebec.
The data submitted through the form (identity, contact details, subject of the enquiry) is processed by the Firm for the sole purposes of organising and performing the consultation, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and, for residents of the European Union, with the GDPR. It is neither sold nor used for commercial purposes, and is retained for the period required by the lawyer's professional obligations. The client may exercise their rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing to contact@laamrani-law.com.
The consultation is provided by the entity of the Firm corresponding to the chosen office. These terms are governed by the law of the country of that office, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the client's country of residence.
