Civil litigation covers all disputes concerning real estate, the sale and acquisition of buildings, land and property of every kind, together with all the so-called rights in rem that may attach to real property or land, such as usufruct, emphyteutic lease, mortgage and so on.

We act to assist our clients in all these fields, and in many others touching their assets — whether by providing the appropriate advice, or as counsel for the defence or the claimant before the courts of every jurisdiction in which our lawyers, partners or associates are entitled to plead.
