Abdelatif Laamrani

Founder — Principal lawyer

Founder and principal lawyer of the firm, in charge of international business law, general legal advisory work and the Corporate / M&A Department. A member of the Casablanca, Paris (2018) and Montreal (2018) Bars, he holds a Doctor of Law (PhD in Law) from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in insurance law (Hassan II University, Casablanca) and a Master in Management from ESSEC. He spent several years in Montreal working with Canadian companies and banks (BMO, TD Bank). He advises on international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, arbitration, real estate transactions, domestic and international contracts, and financing operations. He is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Arabic.

Imane Loudini

Lawyer (attorney), member of the Casablanca Bar

She holds a bachelor's degree in private law, taught in French, from Hassan II University of Casablanca (2013), a Master's degree in business law from the same university (2017, with honours), and a bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies specialising in social and family mediation. Within the firm, she handles litigation in employment law and general practice across all areas, as well as legal opinions and contract law of all kinds. Imane is fluent in Arabic, French and English.

Abderrahman Sakhi

Lawyer — Litigation

A lawyer in charge of litigation, including insurance matters, debt recovery and banking transactions. He earned a bachelor's degree in private law from the University of Marrakech (2005) and was admitted to the Casablanca Bar in 2010. Abderrahman developed seasoned expertise in several areas of business law at eminent Moroccan business law firms.

Hicham Lahmam

Head of the litigation department

The lawyer heading the firm's litigation department. Admitted to the Casablanca Bar (2006), he holds a bachelor's degree in private law from the Faculty of Law of Moulay Ismaïl University (Meknes, 2004). He worked for several years with leading Moroccan litigation firms. His practice covers litigation, tax and administrative law, and public tenders. Hicham has an in-depth knowledge of Moroccan regulations and procedures.

Kenza Sebbar

Lawyer (attorney), member of the Casablanca Bar

A lawyer admitted to the Casablanca Bar, she holds a bachelor's degree in private law, business law track taught in French, from Mohammed V University of Rabat (2016), as well as a Master's degree in business law and taxation obtained in 2019 from the International University of Rabat (UIR). She handles legal opinions, contract law, company law and intellectual property law as part of the firm's advisory services. She is also involved in managing litigation files across all practice areas. Kenza Sebbar works in Arabic, French and English.

Fadwa Yazigi

Lawyer (attorney), member of the Casablanca Bar

She holds the CAPA (Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession) and is admitted to the Casablanca Bar. She previously worked as in-house counsel with several Moroccan law firms practising business and commercial law. She earned a bachelor's degree in private law (taught in French) from the Faculty of Law of Mohammedia and a research Master's degree in business law from the Faculty of Law of Casablanca. She handles litigation in banking and insurance law, debt recovery and commercial law. Fadwa works in Arabic, French and English.

Wafae Chahoub

Legal counsel

Legal counsel within the firm. She holds a bachelor's degree in private law, taught in French, from Hassan II University, a Master's degree in business law from the same university, and a certificate in customs declaration, transport and logistics. She practises in company law, transport and logistics law, banking and financial law, contract law, digital law and public procurement law. Wafae works in Arabic, French and English.

Hicham Allami

Lawyer (attorney), member of the Casablanca Bar

He earned a bachelor's degree in public law from Hassan II University of Casablanca (1999), followed by a second bachelor's degree in private law (taught in French) from the Faculty of Law of Mohammedia (2002), before settling in Virginia in the United States, where he pursued studies at Northern Virginia Community College (Alexandria). He also holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the Faculty of Law of Casablanca. A lawyer admitted to the Casablanca Bar, he handles international litigation and legal opinions. Hicham works in Arabic, English and French.

Fatima Zahra El Fihry

A lawyer admitted to the Casablanca Bar, she holds a bachelor's degree in private law from the Faculty of Law of Mohammedia. Within the firm, she handles litigation in banking and insurance law, debt recovery and commercial law. Fatima Zahra works in Arabic and French.

Meriem Louizi

Head of administration and finance

Meriem Louizi oversees all administrative and financial aspects of the firm: accounting and budget monitoring, billing and fee collection, management of service providers and suppliers, administrative follow-up of client relations, and human resources management. She does not practise as a lawyer.
