How we are organised

The firm is now organised into three departments: Litigation / ADR, Consulting & Contracts and Lobbying. We represent international financial institutions such as the World Bank, the IFC, the OECD and the EBRD.

In Morocco, although our practice is broadly multidisciplinary, the firm's DNA is reflected in a natural focus on banking and financial law, as well as insurance and reinsurance law.

At the national level, we represent the interests of major mining and industrial groups, franchises, banks, and insurance and reinsurance companies, among others. Our lawyers advise and assist clients on M&A and corporate restructuring, infrastructure financing and PPPs, and port and maritime law. We have conducted numerous arbitration proceedings, whether as sole arbitrator or as a member of an arbitral tribunal, in fields as varied as public procurement and infrastructure management.
