Foremost among our Firm's specialities stands inheritance law — that is, the resolution of inheritance problems. It should be borne in mind that two systems of succession coexist in Morocco: first, the law of inheritance under the Moroccan Family Code, inspired by Islamic law, and rabbinical inheritance law, inspired by Mosaic law.

The inheritance files we receive are international ones, essentially from persons settled abroad who have an inheritance in Morocco, at times raising problems of unclaimed estates, contested gifts, contested wills, contested marriages and the division of the estate.
