Order of the Minister of the Interior No. 158-23 of 25 Joumada II 1444 (January 18, 2023) setting the terms and forms of payments by local authorities for the benefit of the Foundation for social works of the staff of local authorities, their groups and their authorities to the Foundation’s budget for the social works of the staff of local authorities, their groups and their authorities, as well as the terms of their payment.
Main provisions:
- Allocation of contributions from the common charges of the special allocation account entitled “Share of local authorities in the product of the VAT”.
- Fixing of the rate of the annual contribution at 1% of the total amount of the expenses of the personnel and agents of the territorial collectivities.
